Genshin Impact version 3.6 just dropped, and we got to see one of the most anticipated re-runs ever, Nahida. Our cute dendro archon is back, Nahida is a 5-star dendro catalyst who is a great dendro support and almost a must-have for all dendro team comps, and since Nahida is the dendro archon or also known as Lesser-Lord Kusunali/God of wisdom/Buer/Incarnation of Greater Lord Rukkhadevata, Nahida is also a character with great importance in Genshin Impact’s story, making her a must-have!

With the number of weapons to follow, team comps, and artifacts, it can get confusing for players to build Nahida and play properly. But fret not because we are here! We reviewed all the weapons and team comps for Nahida and made an easy, comprehensive guide for our fellow Genshin impact enjoyers.

Nahida Best Weapons Tier List

Genshin has a lot of weapons, and since Nahida is not your typical average dps character where you can stack crit on everything, the choice of weapons and artifacts can get a little confusing, but a general rule of thumb is Nahida loves EM or Elemental Mastery.

S-Tier Weapons.

Weapons that are tailor-made for the character, with even matching appearance, style, and everything else. There is only one currently that fits the bill, and that is,

A Thousand Floating Dreams

Stats at lvl90
Base attack- 542
Sub-stat – Bonus EM – 542

A Thousand Floating Dreams is Nahida’s signature weapon and is a gacha exclusive 5-star weapon. The weapon can be acquired by pulling on the weapon banner alongside Nahida.

A Thousand Floating Dreams has a whopping 265 Elemental Mastery sub-stat at 542 base attack at level 90 and a passive skill that buffs Elemental Mastery for everyone in your party,

Also, if you accidentally ended up with this weapon with your “Oh gosh, my luck is so unlucky” face and don’t have Nahida, this weapon can be used on EM scaling characters like Sucrose and or even Yae Miko and Lisa, although a bit wasted as one would expect.

A-tier weapons.

Worried you don’t have the exclusive 5-star weapon? No worries, Nahida is perfectly fine without any 5-star weapons, and you can clear the abyss with a breeze and all hard “content,” even with a full 4-star weapon team.

Widisith

Stats at level 90
Base Atk- 510
Sub stat- Bonus Crit Dmg – 55.1%

Widsith is a great weapon for Nahida because all of the buffs obtained from its funky gacha passive are useful on Nahida. Widsith can be obtained from rolling on any banner.

Just ensure you have at least a 60% crit rate on Nahida before equipping this weapon.

Sacrificial Fragments

Stats at lvl90
Base Atk- 454
Substat- Bonus EM- 220.51

Sacrificial Fragments is a good choice because of its great EM sub-stat. The passive of sacrificial fragments is somewhat wasted on Nahida because Nahida doesn’t benefit much from the elemental skill timer reset. Still, nevertheless, it’s a great option if you don’t have Widsith or Mappa Mare.

Mappa Mare

Stats at level 90
Base Atk- 564.78
Sub stat- Bonus EM- 110.26

Mappa Mare is also a great pick because of its EM Substat, and the passive is also useful on Nahida.

Magic Guide

Stats at lvl90
Base Atk- 354.38
Substat- Bonus EM – 187.44

What is this, you are wondering? Yes, never underestimate a book by its cover; our underdog can maybe even rival the top 4-star weapons if you only have one copy of them.

Magic Guide is great on Nahida if Nahida is specifically used as a Dendro support, and since atk% doesn’t really matter in reactions, we can ignore the low base Atk of a 3-star weapon.

B-tier weapons

All catalysts except the above-stated can be put in this category or below. Seriously don’t go this far, at least opting for the 3-star weapon; Magic Guide is better for Nahida than these weapons unless you are looking to build very niche team comps.

The other 5-star weapons and Battle pass weapons? They are wasted on your average EM Nahida builds; better to use them on dps catalyst users!

The battle pass weapon Solar Pearl has a crit rate sub-stat. Still, the passive only buffs Nahida’s elemental skill damage, Other parts of buff, like elemental burst buff, is wasted on Nahida because Nahida’s elemental burst is based on buffing herself.
