Kylie Jenner sobbed in the latest episode of The Kardashians, as she told Kendall Jenner how she's been feeling 'vulnerable' over 'nasty' comments about her appearance

Kylie Jenner was left in tears on the latest episode of The Kardashians as she opened up about feeling "vulnerable" due to cruel comments about her appearance.

In a touching moment from the show, Kylie and Kendall Jenner sat down for a sisterly chat. Kendall asked: "How's everything going?" prompting Kylie to admit she looks "old" and is struggling with her confidence.

The makeup mogul said: "It's like a miracle that I still have confidence and I can still look in the mirror and think that I'm pretty because I just feel like after Paris there was this picture which for the first time I was like, 'Okay, we're not gonna wear a lot of makeup'.

"So it's like, I wear too much makeup and it's like, 'You're wearing too much makeup'. Then I go and I don't wear a lot of makeup and someone catches me in a weird light. You can look at pictures since I'm 13, I just have these lines [pointing to the lines of her cheeks that go to her mouth] but I've had them since I was a child."

Kylie added: "I just hear nasty things about myself all the time." She continued: "I'm kind of like so numb to people talking about my looks at this point and I just wanna know why on the internet no one says anything or think that it's okay."

In a confessional, a producer asked her about the impact of the media, with the 26-year-old explaining: "I don't think it's this particular headline that makes me feel vulnerable or hits me harder, I think it's just after 10 years of hearing about it, 10 plus years, it just gets exhausting."

Kendall then offered her take on her sister's situation, stating: "Well I think that's the general thing with our family. We're dehumanised. Like, they don't think that there's any rules with us.

"Whereas if you talked the same way you do about us about any other woman, people would come to their defence all day long. But for some reason with us, they don't think we have any feelings."

Kylie responded: "I hate even having this conversation over and over and over again because it feels like it's a waste of my breath because I think with me it's just never going to change, but it's just been.."

The emotional exchange continued as Kylie broke down in tears, questioning: "I'm just like, why do people think it's okay to talk about me?" This led to both sisters getting emotional, with Kylie adding: "This is like therapy. Like you know when you're in therapy and you start talking about something. Like I've never cried about this before but I guess it does affect me."

She opened up about the cruel remarks she's encountered on the internet regarding her "f***** up face", saying: "I'm like, even if I did get so much surgery and I got all these things, I still don't think it's okay to talk about someone's looks."

She added: "And it's just so hurtful, I look old, I see it under every post." Despite the emotional chat, some people were far from sympathetic.

Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, one viewer wrote: "BOOHOOHOO. Stfu must be nice to afford to get stuff done to at least help. Try not having that." Another said: "Its so tone deaf of them to now cry because they themselves can’t meet the unrealistic beauty standards they set."

However, others jumped to Kylie's defence. One fan commented: "sending love to @KylieJenner," while another said: "I hope we can get to a day where we don’t pick people apart for our own entertainment." A third supporter added: "Yall losers making Kylie crying oh when I catch yall."
