John; After the four of you were born in Mash between short intervals, we were betrayed. It turned out our step brother had a daughter. She wanted justice for her father. So she came into our home, and told us about herself and asked if we could take her in. The fact that she was family was what I considered and I took her in as my daughter. That was one of the biggest mistakes I ever made. She then plotted her schemes and poisoned the minds of the people to attempt a coup d'etat to overthrow us and her plan worked. On the night it happened, the whole town was set ablaze and was burning to the ground. I was fighting for my people when I heard that the room you four twins were in was on fire and you were just three months old back then. Your grandma, my wife jumped in and rescued all four of you but didn't make it out. Everything went so wrong. I couldn't fight everyone because the coup d'etat had turned everyone against me and my family. So I had no other option but to flee with my family members. I had gathered everyone; James, Lauren, Mia, Tony with the boys, Bryan, Anna and the girls. Then I had us on horses with carriages and followed a top secret route only few knew of. But we were being pursued. Lauren although ordinary, was an expert in trap making. She saw our chances of not being caught, slim and concluded that the only way for us to be saved was if she stayed behind and set traps for the pursuers. She said to James "Go, I will jump off and stall them while you run away as far as you can
James in shock said; "Are you crazy? No way, I will let you…."
But she interrupted him by saying "We have no choice. This is our only chance. When they grow up, all four of them, tell them that their grandmas loved them very much and were willing to sacrifice everything for them" and then she jumped down from the carriage
"LAUREN" James yelled while looking back at his wife stalling for us with her traps until she got shot
Rebecca: I never knew grandpa went through something like that
John: We all lost someone precious to save your lives. Everyone considered the fact that you were the last four heirs who will one day unite our people once more and overthrow my niece then take back control of Misty Mash. I believe you Peter have inherited the swordsmen bloodline from your mother and judging from your brother's scar, he has inherited the magic bloodline from your father. And you Rebecca, I can't say for sure just yet whether it is a bloodline trait or an effect, but I do know that there is a probability you are both without bloodlines like your mum or maybe it's just Ronda
Ronda: Just me!
John: It seems so. But I know for a fact that Peter is the special one
Paul: Tell me something I haven't already heard before
Peter: So, how did we end up here from the museum?
John: I discovered the tunnels when we first arrived here in Bill city after escaping Mash. I then decided to build my house here where it would have a secret passage in case we were ever discovered. The rest of the family decided to blend in and get jobs while living normal lives. Mia and Tony and I never used our skills afterwards and we became rusty. I on the other hand have been researching till date on ways to overthrow my niece. I haven't heard from her for a very long time
Just then, Mia, Tony, Bryan, Anna, and James all entered the house and the parents hugged their kids
Mia: Where have you all been? We were worried sick about you guys. We didn't even see where you came out from until Uncle James suspected you might have found the tunnels
James: So I guess they now know (saying softly to his brother)
John: I just told them
Peter: Mum, how could you have kept a big part of our identities from us?
Mia: I was trying to protect you son
Peter: Protect! Now, I have never felt more unprotected in my life. I have to watch my back knowing we are about to turn seventeen and we can be ambushed at any time, not to mention that I will be forced to fight my own twin brother. Paul's tattoo has come out, Rebecca is exhibiting psychic skills and I now know about my swordsman trait which means anytime now, I would start realizing my skill (speaking this time with a higher tone than the one he used before)
Bryan: Wait, Rebecca is psychic? I failed then
Tony: And did you say Paul's tattoo is out already? This is bad. It only means that Peter might become Mash's next king and Paul will be his assistant
John: I think you should take them all home. I think they are tired because of yesterday's incident. Also, drive that boy home (referring to Miles)
Tony: Okay father, we will
James: I am planning on still hanging around, at least until it gets dark. Is it okay with you?
John: Why not, make yourself at home
Peter: (Angry) I will be in the car
Peter then went outside angrily to the car;
John: He is angry now but he will later understand (referring to Mia)
Mia: Thank you dad for taking care of them for the night
She then joined the others in leaving. They all got to their various houses and rested before continuing the day like nothing happened. Mia and Tony tried convincing Peter but he said;
Peter: I really don't care what you all claim our destinies are. But I want no part in whatever is going to happen to me or my twin brother. So it will be better if we move away from this town
Tony: But we can't do that son. Besides, you and your brother are almost of age and when the time comes, you will both just have to go back to Mash.
